Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (B2B) to build and manage relationships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, and business partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new colleges, universities, and institutional partners.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including Directors, Deans, Admission Heads, and Marketing Heads.
Generate B2B leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Present Career Mantra's admission solutions, marketing services, and partnership opportunities.
Negotiate partnership agreements and close business deals.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partner requirements.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and partnerships in the CRM.
Represent Career Mantra at education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Partnership Management.
Experience in the education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
