Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to drive new business opportunities for LeadsZone CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, and converting businesses into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LeadsZone CRM solutions.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to generate qualified leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Keep up to date with CRM, SaaS, and sales technology trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
