Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Ghaziabad in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding ShaadiRoot’s presence in the wedding and events market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building robust relationships with wedding vendors, venues, and corporate partners. The role involves conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms,



and managing ongoing accounts to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, track sales performance, and provide feedback on customer trends and competitive activity. This position requires active field engagement, structured follow-ups, and consistent reporting on pipeline and conversion metrics.
