Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end Salesforce system and solution architecture (functional and technical). Design scalable revenue architecture solutions using Salesforce ARM / Revenue Cloud , ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and domain blueprints. ARM & Revenue Lifecycle Leadership:
Own technical delivery for Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including product catalog design, complex pricing models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based), order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Engage senior client leadership in business-outcome-oriented conversations. Articulate platform value propositions, conduct gap analyses, and apply Design Thinking (Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints).
