LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business based in Bangalore, India: You will be mainly accountable for: Strategic CSR Planning and Program Development - Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement CSR programs aligned with corporate sustainability priorities, national development goals, and business objectives. Experience in developing multi-year CSR strategies development arenas and thematic interventions in education, healthcare, environment, skilling, livelihood, and community development. Regulatory Compliance and Governance -In-depth knowledge of the CSR provisions under the Companies Act, 2013, Schedule VII requirements, CSR Rules, and related reporting obligations. Experience in conducting due diligence, governance reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance across NGO and implementation partners.
