Position Overview Role Description The Threat Intelligence Analyst role sits within the Threat Intelligence function in the Chief Security Office (CSO), which works to proactively detect and disrupt physical and cyber threats against Deutsche Bank as part of its mission to be a threat-driven organisation. This role is primarily focused on physical threat intelligence, while remaining aligned with the broader threat intelligence mandate. The Physical Threat Intelligence Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying, monitoring, analysing, and assessing physical security threats that could affect the organisation’s people, assets, operations, reputation, and overall resilience. The role requires systematic collection and evaluation of intelligence from a broad range of sources, including open-source reporting, vendor intelligence, skilled networks, and internal stakeholders.



By monitoring global, regional, and local risk developments, the analyst produces timely, actionable, and clearly articulated threat assessments that support security operations, executive decision-making, crisis management, incident response, and business continuity planning. This position plays a critical role in helping the organisation anticipate emerging risks, understand their potential business impact, and implement appropriate mitigation measures in a dynamic threat environment. This is an emerging leadership role suited to a candidate with prior experience managing intelligence analysts, developing team capability, and delivering time-sensitive intelligence products in support of Regional Intelligence Analysts across Deutsche Bank.
