Reporting directly to the business Owner, you will drive commercial success by mastering our core processes—including bulk buying, pricing strategies, and catalog management—while leveraging our technology stack (Shopify, Comgem, Zoho CRM, and Odoo ERP) to maximize profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy, Bulk Buying & Pricing

Procurement
Lead bulk buying strategies and negotiate high-volume procurement terms with suppliers to maximize margins.
Develop agile pricing models tailored to different tiers of B2B buyers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, material costs, and competitor behaviors to continuously protect and optimize profitability.
Team Leadership & Performance




Directly manage our cross-functional team of 18 staff members spanning warehouse, sales, marketing, and finance.
Build cohesive workflows to ensure seamless communication and productivity across the entire organization.
Establish performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor, evaluate, and elevate team performance.
Catalog & E-commerce Operations
Oversee digital catalog management across Shopify and Comgem, ensuring accurate trade pricing, volume discounts, and descriptions.
Streamline product onboarding processes to get new wholesale lines to market quickly and accurately.
Optimize platform usability to guarantee a seamless, high-converting checkout experience for commercial clients.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Utilize Odoo ERP to master inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse logistics.
Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing large-scale bulk procurement with storage capacity to minimize dead stock.
