Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer based in Jaipur. The Soft Skills Trainer will plan and deliver interactive training sessions on communication, life skills, and professional behavior to students preparing for placements in the tech sector.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training content, creating presentations and practice activities, facilitating classroom sessions, and conducting assessments to track learner progress. The role involves collaborating with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with employer expectations, providing individual feedback and mentoring to learners, and continuously refining training methods based on participant performance and feedback. The trainer will also support workshops, bootcamps, and other FACE Prep programs as needed to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Soft Skills and Life Skills training capabilities, with the ability to coach learners on professional etiquette, teamwork, and workplace readiness.
