Brut India is looking for a Producer to join our team, someone who understands Tamil culture, digital storytelling, and can turn ideas into sharp, engaging, and relevant short-form content.
What You’ll Do
Produce short-form videos for Brut India’s upcoming Tamil-language digital initiative across social platforms.




Identify and pitch story ideas relevant to Tamil audiences -- from news and culture to lifestyle, internet trends, and people-led stories.
Write sharp, engaging scripts in Tamil and adapt relevant Brut India stories for Tamil audiences while retaining cultural context.
Research, fact-check, and ensure accuracy and credibility in every story.
Follow Tamil digital culture, creators, cinema, music, fashion, and conversations shaping the internet.
Work closely with the wider editorial and production teams to take stories from idea to final video.
Use AI and other digital tools to make content production faster and more efficient.
Stay tuned into digital trends and understand what makes content relevant, engaging, and shareable for Tamil audiences.
Requirement:
Fluent in Tamil and English; Hindi would be a plus.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of social media and short-form video content.
