We’re building a large-scale recycling platform focused on recovering maximum value from end-of-life materials. You’ll work directly with the founders to develop the technology and turn it into a commercially scalable operation.
Role
Work directly with the founders on technology and operations
Develop and improve material recovery processes
Work across mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes
Take processes from lab → pilot → commercial plant
Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost
Work with machinery and technology vendors
Support plant design, commissioning, and operations
Troubleshoot technical and operational problems
Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance
Research and develop current ways to recover valuable materials
Qualifications
Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries
Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes
Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams
High ownership and willingness to work in a quick-moving startup setting
Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges
Ideal Candidate
An engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
