We are looking for a technically robust and motivated Junior Technical Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management. The ideal candidate should have a development background and be interested in moving toward project management while working closely with technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate software development projects from planning through successful delivery.

Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Understand business requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks and development plans.

Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking.
/n
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
/n
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, project reviews, and retrospectives.
/n
Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
/n
Review project specifications, technical documentation, workflows, and development processes.
/n
Identify and help resolve technical or project-related blockers faced by developers.
/n
Track team productivity, project progress, and development milestones.
/n
Ensure projects follow defined development standards, processes, and quality practices.
