Design and improve product features and user flows
Conduct UI/UX research and validate solutions with users

Solid understanding of user behavior and UX decisions
Ability to independently run user research
Experience in complex domains like logistics, fintech, or operations
Robust visual design and information hierarchy skills
Positive communication with cross-functional teams.
