Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Core Banking initiatives.
- Work with business stakeholders to transform requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Finacle capabilities.
- Support implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and India-specific market requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and business process documentation.
