- Responsible for overall product( CV, LCV, Used Cars, New Cars, Tractors Loans, Construction Equipments etc ) related portfolio management of their particular Branch.
- Provide leadership & strategy of assigned Product & services in the region.
- Driving the field Staff to achieve stipulated target with desired yields while keeping Cost of Acquisition within Budget.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews of the Sales team.
- Designing & implementing a Strategic Sales plan that expands the company's presence across geography and ensure its strong
- presence.
- Channel management, managing existing partner, and current business avenue.
- Field level co-ordination with Team in building a Healthy Portfolio.
- Manage the recruiting objective setting, Coaching & performance monitoring of Outsourced Sales Team.
