Role Description The Service Engineer will work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area in a full-time capacity, providing technical support and service for electrical distribution panels and associated equipment.



Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and automation systems, performing scheduled and corrective maintenance, and executing repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves field visits to customer locations for installation, testing, commissioning, and service of panels, DG sets, UPS, and transformers, as well as documentation of service reports and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues, provide clear communication on service activities, and support continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for electrical and automation systems.
