Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR qualified with 5+ years of experience to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for our Hyderabad office. The role is heavily recruitment-focused (60%+ of the work) and requires someone organized and systematic who reports directly to the Director,



while also coordinating closely with the Front Office Manager across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Own recruitment end-to-end — this forms more than 60% of the role, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
•⁠ ⁠Handle employee grievances and resolve them in line with company policy
•⁠ ⁠Follow and adhere to defined SOPs for all HR processes
•⁠ ⁠Act as the point of contact for the Director, and coordinate closely with the Front Office Manager across different locations
•⁠ ⁠Check and monitor employee attendance on a daily basis
•⁠ ⁠Manage the HR mailbox — check and respond to emails daily
•⁠ ⁠Run and manage payroll processes accurately and on time
•⁠ ⁠Use GreytHR for day-to-day HR administration

Skills & Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠5+ years of hands-on HR experience
•⁠ ⁠Solid hands-on experience with payroll processing (mandatory)
