Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gujarat, India. The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, including planning, scheduling,



and monitoring the manufacturing of electrical distribution panels and related solutions to meet quality, safety, and delivery standards. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. The role also involves close collaboration with design, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams, preparing production reports, and supporting commissioning requirements for projects. The Production Manager will foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability on the shop floor while aligning production outputs with customer and project requirements.
Qualifications
Strong experience in production management or manufacturing operations within electrical panels or industrial electrical solutions.
