About the Role
We’re building something ambitious, moving fast, and looking for someone hungry to learn how an early-stage startup actually operates from the ground up.
This isn't a fetch-coffee internship. You won’t be doing repetitive busywork. You will work directly with the founders across user discovery, early marketing, customer conversations, and feedback loops. In 6 months, our goal is for you to own the frontline communication—acting as the key bridge between our users and the product, translating real user problems into feature roadmaps, and keeping operations running smoothly.
If you want a narrow, rigidly defined corporate track, this isn't it. If you want a 0-to-1 crash course in building a company, welcome aboard.
What You’ll Be Doing
Direct Customer Interaction: Hop on calls, respond to inquiries, and run interviews with early users to understand what they love and where they’re stuck.
User Advocacy & Feedback: Triage user bugs,



organize feature requests, and act as the core bridge between customer needs and what we build next.
Outreach & Discovery: Experiment with creative ways to find potential users (social channels, communities, direct outreach) and get our product in front of them.
Growth & Marketing Experiments: Brainstorm, test, and execute lightweight campaigns—ranging from short-form content to email loops and community engagement.
General Problem-Solving: Jump in wherever the ship needs steering, from building operational spreadsheets to testing new product flows.
