Who We're Looking For

Strong preference for engineers who have previously worked on products serving around 1M+
users or handling similarly significant production scale. We are looking for someone who understands not just how to make a system work, but how to make it continue working when the traffic becomes 10x or 100x larger.

We are looking for a Principal-level engineer who can own the hardest problems and help us build
systems that can scale far beyond where we are today.

We’re seeking a driven, passionate Principal Software Engineer and Architect with a doer mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You love coding, solving hard problems, and seeing your work in action across thousands of daily customer interactions.You are someone who:
Constantly asks, "Why?" and isn’t afraid to dive deep to find the answers.
Enjoys rapid prototyping and iterating but also takes pride in developing rock-solid, production-grade systems.
Has strong, thoughtful opinions yet remains open-minded, able to disagree and commit.
Understands the big picture, architects scalable systems, and enjoys working across frontend, backend, and microservices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
