The company also operates an integrated bottling facility with an initial capacity of 3 lakh cases per month and is expanding its presence in the branded alcoholic beverages segment with brands including Master Blaster and Subhedar Rum.
About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and hands-on HR professional to join our Corporate Office in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, plant, sales and support functions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare appropriate sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, references and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with functional heads.
Manage offer, joining and onboarding processes.
2. HR Operations
Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
Handle joining, induction, transfers, confirmation, promotions and exits.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular manpower and HR reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between employees, management and various departments.
3. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal and review processes.
