Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote Innovex Media LLP’s services to prospects and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating agreements in line with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications

Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Experience in the media, marketing, or related services industry, with an understanding of agency workflows and client service expectations.
