Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Rewa.



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for vehicle and small business loans, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners. The role involves market mapping, lead generation, field visits, and collaboration with branch teams to drive portfolio growth while maintaining credit quality. The individual will analyze local market trends, support strategic sales initiatives, and ensure that customer needs are understood and addressed in line with company policies. The position also includes regular reporting on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in business development strategies.
