Role Description The Fabrication Production Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The role involves overseeing fabrication processes for specialized bridge construction equipment,



ensuring that production activities meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating production planning, monitoring workflow on the shop floor, resolving technical issues in collaboration with design and engineering teams, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency. The engineer will also support quality control activities, maintain documentation and production reports, and communicate with internal stakeholders to align fabrication schedules with project requirements. Occasional interaction with suppliers and adherence to safety regulations and company procedures are expected.
