What You'll Be Doing
• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and display advertising.
• Own the brand's digital presence from website performance to social media growth to online reputation.
• Develop and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)



with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
• Create and oversee a content calendar aligned with business goals and real estate marketing cycles.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and continuously optimize for performance and conversions.
• Use AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, HubSpot, etc.) to ideate, automate, or accelerate marketing workflows — not just gimmicks.
• Collaborate with the creative, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
• Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
