Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account and Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client accounts, handling inquiries related to products and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The Account and Sales Executive will identify potential buyers, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms within company guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to finalize deals. The role also requires regular communication with clients, monitoring market trends in import products, and contributing to sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong account management and client relationship skills,



with the ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain organized records.
Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Basic understanding of import/export processes, trade documentation, willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with using email and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately with financial and regulatory data.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced trading environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in sales or trading is
