Company Description Hum Honge Kamyab NGO is a registered organization under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 from the Delhi Government and is officially recognized by NITI Aayog. Since 2018, the NGO has focused on elevating lives through education, empowerment, and employment, especially for underprivileged communities in slum areas across India. Led by Founder & CEO Vijay Kumar and General Secretary Chandrika Kumari, the organization is guided by a seven-member governing team and supported by around 50 volunteers working in both offline and online modes.

The NGO operates in key states such as Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana and collaborates with leading institutions like Delhi University and IGNOU for internships and community-based projects. Flagship initiatives include Siksha Sarvshresth (education support), Sanitary Smiles (menstrual hygiene), Beacon of Hope (mental health support), and Identity Craft (creative skill development).

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities,



including assisting with personnel records, coordinating volunteer and intern onboarding, and helping maintain HR documentation and databases. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy communication, assisting in organizing training or orientation sessions, and helping manage attendance, engagement, and basic employee/volunteer queries.

The intern will collaborate with HR and program teams to ensure smooth coordination across projects and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive work environment. This is an internship role, based on-site in Delhi, India, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the NGO sector.

Qualifications
