Role Description The Assistant Vice President will oversee and manage key lending and credit solution mandates, including deal evaluation, structuring, and execution in alignment with the company’s risk and return objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client requirements, coordinating due diligence, and supporting transaction documentation. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as risk, legal and Technical,



as well as direct interaction with clients for negotiations, approvals, and ongoing relationship management. The Assistant Vice President will monitor portfolio performance, track market developments, and contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications

Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities, including experience with balance sheet review, cash flow analysis, and risk evaluation.
Demonstrated skills in deal structuring, transaction execution, and documentation in lending or investment-related roles.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, client communication, and negotiation, with the ability to present recommendations clearly and confidently.
Solid understanding of financial markets, banking and NBFC regulations, and corporate finance concepts.
