Better Works HR is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves leading SEO strategy and execution, including performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, conducting keyword research, and developing link-building campaigns. The SEO Manager will monitor and analyze performance using web analytics tools, report on key metrics, and optimize site structure, content, and landing pages to improve organic visibility and traffic. This role also requires close collaboration with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business and marketing goals, while staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page recommendations.
Strong skills in Keyword Research for content planning, organic growth, and competitive analysis.




Experience with Link Building strategies, including outreach, relationship management, and quality backlink acquisition.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Marketing knowledge to integrate SEO with content marketing, digital campaigns, and brand positioning.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in an SEO specialist or manager role, preferably in an agency or multi-client workplace.
