Role Description The Academic Adviser role at Al Fahad Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The adviser will provide guidance to students on academic pathways, course selections, and skill development, ensuring alignment with their educational goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing information sessions or workshops, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress. The role involves offering career counseling support, helping students understand employment options related to their education, and referring them to appropriate resources when needed. The adviser will collaborate with internal teams to develop advisory materials, support outreach activities, and contribute to initiatives that improve student satisfaction, while earning a base salary of 35k–40k plus performance-based incentives.
Qualifications





Candidates should possess solid Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in making informed educational decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to guide students on academic-to-career transitions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Relevant experience in academic advising, counseling, education consulting, or student services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Ability to build trust with diverse student populations, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Organizational skills, basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, student record systems), and a results-oriented approach to meeting advisory goals.
