Role Description The Client Servicing Director will lead key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery,



strategic alignment, and long-term partnership growth. This full time, on-site role based in Goregaon involves overseeing client servicing teams, setting performance standards, and guiding the development of integrated advertising and digital marketing solutions that resonate with Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client business objectives, leading briefs and presentations, coordinating with creative, digital, and media teams, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of campaigns. The role also includes monitoring account profitability, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Client Servicing Director will mentor team members, drive customer satisfaction, and represent the agency as a strategic advisor to clients.
