Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and support end-to-end lead generation activities. The role includes researching target markets,



engaging prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Premena Consulting’s services in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating with internal teams on proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential accounts. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to account planning, support client onboarding, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
