As an Associate Manager / Manager — Sourcing & Purchasing, you will sit at the heart of the platform — driving end-to end sourcing and vendor relationships that power our AI-native procurement engine, and directly shaping the cost, quality, and delivery reliability of every component we ship to our OEM and Tier-1 clients.

Role Overview





We are looking for a Sourcing & Purchasing qualified to support electronic component procurement for our OEM and Tier 1 client accounts. The role involves end-to-end sourcing — from RFQ to PO closure to shipment to clients — working closely with authorised distributors, independent stockists, and traders across global markets. If you thrive on ownership, enjoy working across the sourcing and supply chain stack — from costing and negotiation through PO management, logistics, and inventory — and want to help build the procurement backbone for a category-defining AI platform on a unicorn trajectory, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Costing Source electronic components (semiconductors, passives, connectors, electromechanical parts, etc.) from authorised, independent, and trader channels. Run quote comparisons, cost analysis, and price benchmarking across multiple suppliers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and MOQs to secure
