IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer I to manage day-to-day IT operations and
provide technical support for end-user computing and workspace technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and support Windows and Mac laptops, including setup, configuration,
troubleshooting, and maintenance
Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral
devices
Troubleshoot and resolve WiFi connectivity issues for end users
Manage meeting room technology, including AV equipment, video conferencing
systems, and display screens
Respond to IT support tickets and requests in a timely manner
Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets
Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle including deployment, tracking,
and disposal
Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
