Position: Placement Manager

Location: Kerala (Travel Required Across Kerala)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Placement / Corporate Relations

Key Responsibilities
Travel across Kerala to identify and generate placement opportunities and job vacancies.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporates, HR teams, and hiring partners.
Develop current corporate tie-ups for student placements and internships.
Coordinate and manage placement activities across all Offenso Hackers Academy branches.
Lead and support the placement team in all branches to achieve placement targets.
Track student placements, interview schedules, and corporate hiring pipelines.
Organize recruitment drives, campus interviews, and placement events.
Ensure timely follow-up with companies and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
Solid network with companies across Kerala is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Ability to lead and manage a multi-branch placement team.
