Key Responsibilities

Manage and support McAfee NIPS/NTBA/ATD solutions in a 24×7 workplace.
Configure, implement, and maintain network security policies and device configurations.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve security incidents, alerts, and performance issues.
Perform packet capture and traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
Integrate security solutions with AD, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, and authentication platforms.
Perform patching, upgrades, compliance activities, and OEM TAC coordination.
Prepare SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure SLA adherence and mentor L1 engineers when required.

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in Network Security with expertise in McAfee NIPS/NTBA/ATD.
Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
Experience with packet analysis, network troubleshooting, and OSI Layer 1–7 concepts.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, Active Directory, IAM, and security integrations.
Familiarity with scripting, automation, REST APIs, and security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
