Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with IFS Cloud.
3+ years of experience as a technical developer in IFS Cloud EAM or ERP settings.
Participation in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of IFS Cloud projects.
Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years of experience with IFS Cloud, experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations, and experience in either EAM or ERP environments.
Preferred: Integration experience.
Technical Skills:
Implementation and configuration knowledge across IFS Cloud ERP, EAM, and Manufacturing modules (including Production, Shop Orders, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, and Manufacturing Execution).
Demonstrated configuration expertise in core EAM processes (PM programs, work orders, resources, failure codes, and materials).
Working knowledge of Projections/REST APIs, IFS Connect,
security/permission sets, and data migration tools.
Robust PL/SQL (Oracle) skills for troubleshooting and reports.
Understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing workflows and their integration with the IFS Cloud Manufacturing module.
Exposure to integration between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IFS Cloud for production order management, quality control, and shop floor reporting.
Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), production KPIs, and how IFS Cloud Manufacturing supports shop floor performance tracking.
