Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the schedule. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with dealers, identifying and pursuing current sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth, while providing outstanding customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

Proven sales, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
Experience in customer service and a customer-centric mindset
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage accounts effectively
Knowledge of the pumps, machinery, or industrial equipment sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
