Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into clear,
actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal
candidate is skilled in Power BI and SQL (minimum 1 year of hands-on
experience), with a strong analytical mindset. Python is a plus, not a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power
BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytical
requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Monitor data integrity and continuously optimize reporting processes.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide
insights.
Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support business reporting
and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business




Analytics, or related field.
Proven experience with SQL queries, database management, and data
manipulation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, visualizations,
and reports.
Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and
present clear insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced
environment.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:
Familiarity or experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
Salesforce Reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods.
