Job Title: Senior Team Leader Training – Content Moderation
Location: Pune
About the Role: As a Senior Training Team Leader, you will be in a more strategic and leadership oriented role, actively participating in high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Your pivotal role involves shaping the team's strategy and direction. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to both fellow team leads and team members, leveraging your extensive experience and deeper understanding of the industry and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Actively participate in significant decision-making processes at a strategic level
Take on a mentoring role, providing guidance not only to the immediate team but also potentially to other teams or team leads, contributing to the development and improvement of team processes
Play an active role in long-term planning and the establishment of strategic objectives for both the team and the organization
Engage in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely attainment of strategic outcomes

Key Requirements:




A Bachelor's degree is required
Must have experience managing 3+ trainers or entire shift directly with minimum supervision for >3+ years and with >=4 rating for last 12 months
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to manage daily interactions effectively. Along with valuable process knowledge, analytical abilities, and presentation skills
Must be adaptable to different shifts and workdays as per process requirements
Possesses a diplomatic and clear communication style with robust writing skills
Maintains a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to a vibrant and diverse culture
Demonstrate a zeal to learn recent skill sets and capabilities, along with the ability to manage difficult situations with ease. Solutions-oriented and accountable mindset
Participation in taking on additional responsibilities from managers/clients will be an added advantage
