Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads and convert them into customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct site visits and deliver effective project presentations
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Follow up consistently and drive the sales process from lead to closure
Achieve individual/team sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and customer records
Stay updated on market trends, projects and competition
For managerial roles: mentor, motivate and drive the performance of the sales team
