Key Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation Writing and Editing:
Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and process documentation.
Ensure all documents are explicit, concise, and easy to understand.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts) to gather accurate and up-to-date information for documentation.
Ensure technical documentation reflects the latest features, updates, and product information.

Research and Information Gathering:
Conduct research and engage with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical materials.

Documentation Management:
Organize, manage, and maintain documentation, including updating and managing document libraries and version control systems.
Ensure proper storage and retrieval of documents in accordance with organizational standards.

Standards and Guidelines:
Create and maintain templates, style guides,



and other documentation standards to ensure consistency and clarity across all documents.
Develop guidelines for formatting, writing, and versioning of documents.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure technical documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on any compliance changes relevant to documentation.

Publication and Distribution:
Publish technical documentation in various formats, including online help systems, PDFs, and printed materials.
Ensure documents are accessible to end users in the appropriate formats.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar documentation role.
Robust writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into transparent, concise, and understandable language.
Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown)
