Develop and lead internal and external communications programs in India that is aligned with five-year plans, regional strategy, and key change programs.
Design and develop thought leadership campaigns for members of the India Leadership Team.
Bring together the elements outside of traditional CP, including Syngenta Seeds, SSPL, SBPL and Seedcare, to ensure prospects and stories are maximized and leveraged across the India and region.
Contribute to influence and build Syngenta culture and brand through communications and engagement programs.
