We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee – Learning & Development , reporting directly to the domain Manager to join our team based in Noida, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Organize the logistics for planning and delivering training sessions.
Coordinate and complete enrollment for employee-requested training.
Serve as the primary point of contact for participants regarding logistical inquiries and support needs.
Provide logistical guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
Maintain swift communication and strong coordination with local L&D; teams, vendors, and other departments to arrange end-to-end training.
Act as the single point of contact between GBS, Learning,



and the organization.
Manage LMS activities such as event and session creation.
Update session attendance in the LMS (iLearn).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)

A Bachelor's degree is required or Master's degree in HR or Business related field preferred
Proficient in English
