Role Description The Research Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The role involves conducting market and industry research, collecting and analyzing financial and operational data, and preparing transparent reports . The Research Analyst will evaluate trends, benchmark performance, and provide data-driven insights to support client recommendations and investment decisions. The role also includes collaborating with advisory teams, verifying data accuracy,



contributing to client proposals, and maintaining organized research documentation and databases.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
Proficiency in Market Research and Research methods, including data collection, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Knowledge of Statistics and quantitative techniques to support financial modeling and evidence-based recommendations.
Effective Communication skills for preparing concise reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
