About The Role

NR Consulting is seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee and lead the quality assurance activities across multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of manual and automation testing, QA processes, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define testing methodologies, improve existing testing frameworks,



and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Manager will be responsible for coordinating testing efforts across web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise applications, ensuring that all releases meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with proven leadership experience in managing QA teams. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and release management is essential. Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, Postman, and Swagger is required. Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium is highly desirable. Certifications such as ISTQB or Agile/Scrum certifications will be advantageous.
