About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join Forsys Inc. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement scalable,



high-performance solutions that align with enterprise goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and solution design for complex revenue management initiatives. Your expertise will enable clients to optimize their Quote-to-Cash processes, automate billing, and improve revenue recognition practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle while ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, enterprise architecture, and CRM implementation. Proven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ARM, CPQ, and Billing engines is essential.
