Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will manage and grow relationships with automotive spares dealers, ensuring regular visits, product presentations, and order follow-ups. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules,



while addressing customer queries and ensuring high levels of service. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications

Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills relevant to dealer and distribution networks.
Ability to manage territory coverage, plan dealer visits, and follow structured sales processes.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools for tracking leads and performance.
Knowledge of the automotive spares industry or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in field sales, channel sales, or distribution sales, preferably within a similar market.
