About The Role





The Sales & Recruitment Coordinator role at MediFlex Talent Solutions is a dynamic position designed to support both recruitment delivery and business development initiatives for our North American operations. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sourcing talent, researching markets, and driving outbound growth strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening healthcare and qualified candidates, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. Additionally, you will assist in researching healthcare organizations, generating leads, and supporting outreach campaigns to expand our client base.
