Role Description The Plant in Charge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and cost efficiency. This full time,



on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and supervising plant personnel. The role includes monitoring equipment performance, driving preventive and corrective maintenance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows. The Plant in Charge will ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, optimize resource utilization, and prepare operational reports for leadership. The position also involves supporting talent development on the shop floor and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
