Role Description The Head – Technical Sales will lead technical sales strategy, business development, and key account management for NV SubPower’s monitoring solutions and EPC services.



This full time hybrid role is based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work-from-home, and involves close coordination with engineering, operations, and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, conducting technical presentations and demos, preparing proposals and tenders, and negotiating contracts with clients in utilities, renewable energy, data centers, and related sectors. The role will oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and guide a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring that solutions match customer requirements and industry standards. The Head – Technical Sales will also gather market intelligence, provide feedback for product improvement, and represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
